Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
All orders accepted by Encore Diamond Ltd. are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

PRICES
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are shown exclusive of VAT and delivery. VAT and delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout, before payment details are entered. Website discount of 10% is available on shop stock items only, and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer, including Special Offers. Website discount is calculated and deducted at checkout, before payment details are entered. All items subject to availability.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cheque or credit card.

Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. Euro cheques are also accepted - please ask for Pro Forma Invoice.

We accept payment on the following cards - MasterCard, Visa, Visa delta and Switch.
All credit card transactions will be subject to authenticity by the Modulus 10 check Algorithm system. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions. Cards are debited on the day of dispatch.

DELIVERY
Mainland UK & Southern Scotland:
Total weight under 2 kilos: dispatched overnight (next working day) by Special Delivery at current rate.
Total weight over 2 kilos: dispatched overnight (next working day) or on 2 -3 day delivery service by our designated carrier at current rate.

UK Islands, Northern Scotland and Europe:
Carriage charges to all other destinations will be quoted separately, depending on weight and destination.

Any discrepancy from the delivery note must be notified in writing within 2 days of delivery.

GUARANTEE
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defect. We undertake to replace any product found to be faulty. Faulty or defective products must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
